Corbel & Stoop has kept the building simple and practical, with smart package lockers, a bike storage room and a virtual doorman intercom for visitors and deliveries. Cats and dogs are welcome. Every home has been renovated in a modern style, with wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances, recessed lighting and glass-enclosed showers. The layout is consistent: east-facing two-bedrooms and west-facing one-bedrooms on each floor, all with a gas range, a dishwasher and ceiling fans. Choose a lower floor for convenience or a higher one for more privacy and light. Upper Washington Heights puts Fort Tryon Park and the Cloisters within reach to the north, Riverside Drive's Hudson River views to the west, and a lively Dominican food scene along Broadway and St. Nicholas Avenue.
