The Tenth stands at 325 E 10th St, a five-story walk-up from 1905 facing Tompkins Square Park. Its 12 apartments sit behind a prewar front, and while there is no elevator or doorman, the building covers the essentials: a live-in superintendent, a laundry room, a bike storage room and smart package lockers. Cats and dogs are welcome. Every home has been renovated with wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances with gas ranges, recessed lighting and glass-enclosed showers.
