A live-in superintendent looks after the building, and residents have a shared laundry room, smart package lockers and a virtual doorman intercom. Cats and dogs are welcome. The homes mix two studios, two one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms, from 395 square feet up to 805. Each is renovated with wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances, a gas range, a glass-enclosed shower and recessed lighting, and the one- and two-bedrooms add a dishwasher. Ceiling fans are installed throughout. Long Island City pairs Gantry Plaza State Park and its Manhattan skyline views with MoMA PS1 and a fast commute to Midtown. Day to day, Trader Joe's is a 3-minute walk, Court Square Diner is 3 minutes, and Jora is 6. Murray Playground is a minute away. Court Sq, served by the 7 and E/M, is a 4-minute walk, and the 7 at Vernon Blvd-Jackson Av, the G at 21 St and the LIRR at Hunterspoint Av are close as well.

Great small building. Package lockers mean no stolen deliveries. I grab coffee at Partners on the way to the train a few times a week and love the walk.

Top-floor two-bedroom with morning sun. My cat has claimed the windowsill. Leasing was simple and honest, and the white oak floors look fantastic.

Nice apartment and an unbeatable location for commuting. The building is older, so sound carries a bit between floors. The intercom took me a while to set up, but support walked me through it.

We have the two-bedroom on the second floor and it's roomy for the neighborhood. The super lives in the building and fixed a leaky faucet within the day. Gantry Plaza is our go-to for evening walks.

Lovely one-bedroom with good light and a real dishwasher. The laundry room in the building is clean and rarely busy. Street parking is tough but that's LIC.

Four minutes to Court Square and I'm in Midtown faster than friends who live in Manhattan. The studio is small but the renovation is excellent. Trader Joe's around the corner is dangerous for my budget.
