The Milton

Leasing was straightforward and the apartment looked just like the photos. Top floor means three flights, but the morning light in the bedroom is worth every step.

Moved from a newer building and don't miss it. The brick, the tall windows and the creaky old floors are exactly what I wanted. Transmitter Park is a short walk for sunsets on the river.

Small building, only six apartments, and everyone is friendly. The package lockers solved my missing-delivery problem completely. Kitchen is on the compact side but the gas range makes up for it.

Charming apartment with real prewar details. The radiators run hot in winter, so I keep a window cracked. Repairs have been handled, sometimes a little slower than I'd like. Still happy with the location.

Milton Street is one of the prettiest blocks in Brooklyn and the building fits right in. The G is a few minutes away and Radio Bakery is closer than that. My cat has claimed the windowsill permanently.

Great light in my west-facing two-bedroom, especially late in the day. The laundry room downstairs is convenient, though I'd love in-unit someday. Bike storage is a big plus since I ride to work.

Walking home under that restored cornice never gets old. The apartment has the original floors and brick, and the fireplace mantel makes the living room feel like a real home. Management answers emails quickly.
