Two of the homes are One Bedroom Flex layouts of 700 and 710 square feet, each with a dedicated home office nook alongside the bedroom; the top-floor one adds a decorative fireplace mantel. Between them is a 915-square-foot two-bedroom duplex with one and a half baths, private outdoor space and an in-unit washer and dryer. All three keep the original hardwood floors, exposed brick, tall windows and subway-tile baths of a nineteenth-century row house, and all have dishwashers. The historic district's row houses sit a few blocks from the new towers of the waterfront, with Gantry Plaza State Park and its Manhattan skyline views, MoMA PS1, and quick hops to Midtown. Murray Playground is a minute away, Trader Joe's is a 3-minute walk, and Court Square Diner is 3 minutes. The Court Sq station for the 7 and E/M is a 4-minute walk, and the 7 at Vernon Blvd-Jackson Av, the G at 21 St and the LIRR at Hunterspoint Av are all nearby.

Lovely building on a pretty block. My dog and I are out the door and on our walk in seconds, and the package lockers have been flawless. The kitchen is compact but has everything I need.

Walking from a nineteenth-century row house to Gantry Plaza for sunset never gets old. Leasing was quick and transparent. Trader Joe's three minutes away seals it.

Charming apartment in a great location. No laundry in the building for the flex units, so I'm at the laundromat weekly. The intercom and lockers work well, though.

Top-floor flex with a fireplace mantel and morning sun. It's a beautiful old building with only three apartments, so it's calm and personal. The bike room is a nice bonus.

We have the duplex and love the outdoor space and the washer and dryer. Stairs inside the apartment plus stairs to get there is a lot of stairs, but we knew that going in.

The office nook was the reason I signed, and it has made working from home so much better. The brick and the old floors are gorgeous. Living in the historic district with Court Square four minutes away feels like a cheat code.
