Hard to beat being this close to Bedford Avenue. The one-bedroom is compact but very well finished. The dishwasher was a must for me and it's here.

I bring my dog to McCarren every morning and we're home in under ten minutes. The apartment is bright, the kitchen has a real gas range, and package lockers mean nothing walks off.

Good building, fair process, no surprises at move-in. The storage cage is a lifesaver in a small apartment. Top floor is a climb, but the light makes up for it.

Location is unbeatable and the finishes are nice. The street can get loud on weekend nights, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Management has been responsive overall.

Our super is fantastic and fixes things the same day. We have a two-bedroom with afternoon light and room for a home office. Juliette, two minutes away, is our go-to brunch.

Solid renovated studio with a good layout. The glass shower and quartz counters feel new. Laundry room is in the building, which helps, though weekends can be busy.

Levain is literally a minute away, which is dangerous. The apartment itself is clean and modern, the white oak floors are beautiful, and the L at Bedford gets me to work fast.
