Renewed for another year. The building has been reliable, the super handles things quickly, and having The Mercury Lounge six minutes away has made it easy to get out on weeknights.

Clean, well-kept building. The east windows give great morning light. Laundry depends on the unit, so ask about it. Leasing was fast and they explained the fees clearly.

One-bedroom with a dishwasher and quartz counters, which made cooking at home actually enjoyable. The storage cage holds all my seasonal gear. My dog and I walk to the park along the river on weekends.

Nice apartment, and the location is unbeatable. Weekend nights on the block can be lively, which is part of living on the Lower East Side. One maintenance request took longer than expected, but it was resolved properly.

Studio on the ground floor, bigger than most I toured. The intercom works well and the package lockers are a lifesaver. Love being able to walk to Essex Market and Russ & Daughters.

Top-floor two-bedroom with lots of space. Four flights of stairs is the catch, and I won't pretend otherwise. The sunset out the west windows helps. Delancey station is five minutes away with four lines.

Renovation is excellent. White oak floors, a glass shower and a real gas range. Clinton St. Baking Company is two minutes away, which is either wonderful or dangerous. The super is around and helpful.
