Practical extras include private storage cages, smart package lockers and a virtual doorman intercom, and cats and dogs are welcome. The homes are a straightforward, well-finished mix. Four studios of 405 to 435 square feet face east, four one-bedrooms of 560 to 615 square feet face west, and two street-facing two-bedrooms each measure 770 square feet. Every apartment has wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances with a gas range, a glass-enclosed shower, recessed lighting and ceiling fans, and the one- and two-bedrooms add a dishwasher. Astoria brings Greek tavernas along Ditmars Boulevard, Astoria Park with its pool beneath the Hell Gate Bridge, and plenty of beer gardens and bakeries. Titan Foods is an 8-minute walk, Basil Brick Oven Pizza is 7 minutes, and The Bonnie is 10 minutes away. The Astoria Blvd station on the N/W is a 3-minute walk, the 30 Av stop is about 10 minutes, and the NYC Ferry at Astoria is another option for getting into Manhattan.

Solid place. The leasing process was quick and the apartment matched the photos. Dinner at Basil Brick Oven Pizza seven minutes away has become a weekly habit.

Clean, modern finishes in an older building, which is what I was looking for. The virtual intercom works well for letting friends in. Gas range is a big plus for me since I cook a lot.

Moved here with my dog and the building has been nothing but welcoming. Walks to Astoria Park are a highlight of our day. The ceiling fan in the studio is a small thing but I'm grateful every July.

The apartment looks great and the location is excellent. I'm on the top floor, and four flights is tough some days. A hallway light was out for longer than I'd have liked, though it did get fixed after a reminder.

We have one of the two-bedrooms and it's laid out well for the size. Titan Foods is a short walk and we've worked our way through half the bakeries in the neighborhood. Package lockers mean no more chasing deliveries.

Very happy with my one-bedroom. Afternoon sun, nice kitchen, and the storage cage downstairs means my bike and winter stuff aren't eating my living room. I do wish there was a laundry room in the building, but there are laundromats close by.

Being three minutes from the Astoria Blvd station is the best commute I've had in this city. The studio is small but the renovation is really well done, especially the shower and the oak floors. The super lives on site and actually picks up the phone.
