Moved in with my dog and the building has been welcoming from day one. Parrot Coffee Market Place for groceries is three minutes away. Sunnyside Gardens is a lovely walk in the evening.

Good building, great neighborhood. The two-bedroom gets lovely afternoon light. Gas range and dishwasher in a prewar kitchen is a nice combination.

I walk to 1 Buen Sabor for bread most mornings and I'm on the train in four minutes. The apartment feels solid and full of character. Leasing was quick and friendly.

Nice apartment and an excellent location for the 7. The top floor is a lot of stairs, and the radiator clanks some mornings. Requests were answered, just not always as fast as I'd like.

The fireplace mantel in my apartment is the first thing everyone comments on. My cat loves the morning sun in the east windows. The intercom and package lockers make deliveries easy.

We're in a two-bedroom on the second floor and the space is generous, with room for a desk and a dining table. Bike room and storage cage both get used constantly. Wish the hallway were a bit brighter.

Fifteen minutes to Grand Central and a cafe a minute from my door. The one-bedroom has gorgeous brick and the floors are original. The laundry room downstairs is a huge convenience.
