About the property
Fresh Pond Courts is a 2021 community at 66-50 Fresh Pond Rd in Ridgewood, Queens, made up of twelve three-story buildings arranged around landscaped garden courts.
The low-rise scale keeps it feeling like part of the neighborhood, while the amenity list goes far beyond a typical Ridgewood rental: a 24-hour doorman, a fitness center with a yoga and spin studio, an indoor saltwater pool, a furnished rooftop terrace, coworking suites, a screening room, a residents' lounge, a playroom, a pet spa and an attended parking garage with EV charging. The homes have a renovated modern finish: wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances, glass-enclosed showers and recessed lighting. Every one includes floor-to-ceiling windows, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air conditioning and a walk-in closet. Choose from two one-bedroom plans, the Glenwood and the Manitou, or three two-bedroom, two-bath plans, the Pagosa, Steamboat and Carbondale, each with private outdoor space. Cats and dogs are welcome. Ridgewood is a neighborhood of landmarked yellow-brick rowhouses, Fresh Pond Road shops and Myrtle Avenue wine bars beside decades-old German delis. Gottscheer Hall is a 4-minute walk, Grimaldi Bakery is 5 minutes, and Rosemary's Playground is 5 minutes away. The M at Forest Av is about 5 minutes on foot, Fresh Pond Rd and Seneca Av stations are nearby, and the L at Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs adds another route into Manhattan.

Excellent building with almost too many amenities to use. The saltwater pool is my favorite. Fresh Pond Road can be busy, but my unit faces the courtyard so I barely notice.

Floor-to-ceiling windows in a one-bedroom are rare. My Manitou faces the rear garden and it's calm and green all year. Leasing was organized and the team was easy to reach.

Gottscheer Hall is right down the street and the screening room is fun for game nights. The buildings are only three stories, so it never feels crowded. Courtyard can get busy on summer weekends.

My dog adores the pet spa, and I adore the cold-storage package room for grocery deliveries. The Carbondale layout is huge and the north light is perfect for painting.

Great amenities and a nice apartment. The M at Forest Av is close, which helps. The resident app is handy, though maintenance timing has been mixed. Still a good place overall.

In-unit washer and dryer, central air and a real walk-in closet. After years of shared laundry this feels like a different life. The coworking suites are where I spend most weekdays.

Parking in the attended garage is a huge relief, and the EV charger means I never think about it. The apartment is spacious with great windows. Only wish the gym were a little bigger at peak hours.

I didn't expect a pool and a rooftop terrace in Ridgewood. The garden courts are beautiful, and my Steamboat has a private outdoor space where I've basically started a container garden. The doorman staff are friendly and on top of packages.
