Three studios, three one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms make up the mix, with dishwashers in the one- and two-bedroom homes and ceiling fans throughout. Jefferson Avenue runs through Bed-Stuy's landmarked brownstone blocks, near Herbert Von King Park and the cafés and restaurants along Lewis and Tompkins Avenues. Corto is a 3-minute walk, Peaches HotHouse about 4 minutes, and Super Foodtown about 8 for groceries. Kingston-Throop Avs on the C is a 7-minute walk, and the A/C at Nostrand Av, the G at Bedford-Nostrand Avs and the J/Z at Halsey St round out the transit options.

Renewed for a second year. Quiet building, quick maintenance, and the recessed lighting and finishes still look sharp. Corto is three minutes away and I'm there most mornings.

Clean, modern apartment in a classic old building. My dog has adjusted well and there's lots of walking room on the surrounding blocks. Leasing was straightforward and the fees were explained up front.

Top-floor one-bedroom with west light in the evenings. Smart lockers mean no more missed packages. Peaches HotHouse is a few minutes away, which is either a blessing or a curse depending on the week.

Apartment is nicely updated, but carrying laundry out of the building every week is a hassle. Management is responsive and polite. Neighborhood has great food and coffee.

We have a two-bedroom on the third floor and love the morning light. Bike room is handy for both of our bikes. C train is about seven minutes away, which makes the commute easy.

The super lives on site and is genuinely great. Fixed my dishwasher the same day. The white oak floors and the glass shower made the apartment feel brand new when I moved in.

Studio is small but the renovation is excellent. Quartz counters and a real gas range make cooking a pleasure. No laundry in the building is the one thing I miss, but there are options nearby.
