About the property
The Park Place is a 1905 walk-up at 1065 Park Pl in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Three stories tall and home to just five apartments, it pairs an early-century building with a full modern renovation.
Smart package lockers, private storage cages and a virtual doorman intercom keep things running smoothly, and cats and dogs are welcome. The homes come in two layouts designed around how people live now. The One Bedroom Flex includes a built-in home office nook, and the Two Bedroom Duplex spreads across two levels with one and a half baths, private outdoor space and an in-unit washer and dryer. Every home has wide-plank white oak floors, quartz counters, stainless appliances, a glass-enclosed shower and recessed lighting. Park Place runs through the wide prewar blocks of Crown Heights that lead down to Eastern Parkway, with Franklin Avenue's restaurants and the Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden nearby. Peppa's Jerk Chicken and Urban Market by Key Food are each a 3-minute walk, and the Brooklyn Children's Museum about 4. The S stops at Park Pl, the 2/3/4/5 at Franklin Av and the A/C at Nostrand Av.

Top-floor flex unit with morning sun and no neighbors above. White oak floors and quartz counters still look brand new a year in. Really responsive team.

Moved in with my dog and the process was smooth. Storage cage holds my bike and camping gear. Key Food is three minutes away, which I use constantly.

Lovely renovation and a great location near the S and the 2/3/4/5. Heat took a little while to come up during the first cold snap. Management followed up and it's been fine since.

Only five apartments, so it's calm and everyone knows each other. The virtual intercom is handy for letting in deliveries. Would be nice to have laundry for the one-bedrooms, but there are options nearby.

We're in a duplex and love having bedrooms on a separate level. Private outdoor space is where we eat dinner all summer. Washer and dryer in the unit is a huge bonus.

The office nook in my flex one-bedroom made working from home actually work. I can close my laptop and walk away. Finishes are excellent and the glass shower is a nice touch.
