    Moved in with my bike and my cat and both have plenty of room. Bike storage room is a big help. The tall windows and original floors are why I picked this place over newer buildings.

    Lovely historic building and a great block. Package lockers occasionally fill up during the holidays. Ceiling fans help in summer, though an air conditioner of your own is a must in July.

    Top-floor two-bedroom with lots of light in the mornings. Laundry room in the basement is clean and never a wait with so few units. Two flights of stairs are fine for me.

    Responsive management and a very well-kept building. The virtual intercom lets me let in my dog walker when I'm at work. Having Corto a 3-minute walk away has become part of my morning routine.

    We have the three-bedroom and the in-unit washer and dryer is worth its weight in gold. The extra half bath helps. Heat can run warm in winter, but we just crack a window.

    Living in the Stuyvesant Heights historic district was a dream of mine and The Macon delivers. The fireplace mantel and brick in our two-bedroom are gorgeous. Only three apartments, so it really feels like a home.
